Ongoing support
To simplify communications you will have a personal portal in DoorLoop. After your application is accepted, you can set up your account which you can view 24/7.

Late fees will be assessed at 5% of your monthly rent, so don't be late!​​

I always appreciate tenants respecting designated off-hours and not calling during those times for non-emergency items. Being considerate greatly contributes to more harmonious relationships between all.

Maintenance requests are entered in your DoorLoop portal. This makes it easier to track progress and to make sure all expenses are properly reported to the landlord.

Response to requests for maintenance are answered as quickly as possible. I will arrange for the correct vendor to fix/repair your issue and arrange a good time for all to meet.
